Park is huge with a nice long track to run on. Playground is great for smaller children. There are ponds around with ducks and gazebos throughout the park. Park has tennis courts and backstops for baseball. Lots of trees and open places. Nice place to bring a blanket and a book or to walk around.
Pretty park. The ducks and the little pond is nice. We would go walking here in the mornings. If it rained though not a good choice for exercise. Lots of low laying areas with standing water. Still it was nice. The tennis courts are a little run down, but still able to play on them. These things can be over looked. The maintenance staff is pretty aware of the people using the walking path and equipment. They do a good job with maintaining the grounds. This park would have totally received fives stars if the restrooms were kept in better order. Several times the restroom were either not opened at the advertised times or they were dirty and had no toilet paper. I do understand that they are park restrooms but many times there would be used toilet paper( when there was some) on the floor. Other than that it is a nice park.
Good peaceful place for early morning jogs. You can feed the ducks and take your kids to the playground area.
Always relaxing. Almost always friendly people. I go here to get rid of stress, feed the ducks, watch children play, exercise on the path that circles the park. Such a nice place, I some times go there just to help keep it clean.
My favorite place to go. Nice place to go wit the family and it's a nice place to go and just relax your mind if you solo. Just soothing and relaxing to watch the ducks and turtles, swings, jungle gym, merry go round, the tennis court, the lil picnic areas and you can do plenty of running or walking whichever is your preference. Like I said I LOVE THIS PLACE.
