I came without an appointment for an oil change. The attendant was nice, friendly, informative. He told me I might have to wait as long as three hours but, they were working hard to shorten the wait. I only waited like an hour and a half, which I didn't notice because of their nice lounge area with snacks, coffee, bottled water, TV. It was a great experience; more along the lines of what you might see at a Houston dealership.
I took possession of my new 2016 Scion FR-S almost 3 weeks ago. Erin, Jason, Sean, and Russell are super, very nice, friendly, accommodating individuals. Best car buying experience I've had in 27 years. In the almost 3 weeks I've owned the car there has been 2 cosmetic issues and this staff was more than willing to correct the issues without a hitch! I only have good things to say about these guys. Super on the Sales and the Service!
Oil was changed quickly. They also have awesome coffee and chocolate bar along with cookies! The coffee bar is free and will make your day. Better than some branded coffee bars!
