If you plan on buying from here bring your own financing team. Rick from financing must not like his job he was not smart about his job which is in finance, questions I would ask him his response was "I don't know" and as someone who does his type of work should no the answers to simple questions. I was at jk Chevy from 12 noon tell 6 pm and left with no answers I would look else where for a vehicle don't waste your time here . These people are so rude I wish I didn't have to give any stars! I absolutely loved working with salesman Josh and manager Frank. I can't believe how easy the buying process was. I expected to go through paperwork for hours and from start to finish I was there a fraction of the time. I most recently bought a Certified Used Tahoe. The car was in excellent shape and the detail team had done a fantastic job to make sure it looked and smelled new! Though I got a really great price, I know I would have enthusiastically paid more just for the ease and convenience of working with JK Chevrolet. Our family has bought the last 3 Chevys we've had from JK, including a beautiful 2017 Silverado. Again, in and out with no issues and financing was a breeze. I would recommend working with these guys any day!!!!
Worst service I've ever had. If they ever fix my car it will be the last time I grace their property when I leave. I'd rather pay towing to bring my vehicle elsewhere.
The Service Attendants were awesome, despite being understaffed. They do an incredible job for what they can work with. Service Technicians however, utter Disaster. As Certified Technicians for a Dealership, I wouldn't trust a Radio Flyer here. Introduced to the "Shop Lead" who wasn't reassuring of Capability. Two things needing Fixed that I brought the parts for. Shouldn't have taken more than 2.5-3 hours to complete took 9 hours and waz advised they wanted additional time to complete. We arrived at 730 am, left at 630 pm. I will never come back, and our family we were visiting was displaced enough they want to complain to BBB. I don't advise or recommend here unless it's stupidly simple and you have an extreme amount of time to wait.
The reason I gave one star is because of the manager, Frank. My sister and I went in the used car facility and she saw a car that she was interested in. The sales guy, took her approval paperwork from the bank, to the manager, Frank, before she test drive the car to make sure that they dealt with the same bank. The manager gave the sales guy the approval for the bank financing, and also gave a price for the car which was $11,000. Her approval was for $16,5 so she was more than good. We took the car for a test drive, came back and got started on the paperwork, called the bank to make sure everything was ligit, which it was. Sales guy goes in to make a copy of my sister's i.d., we here Frank saying, "no one drives off this little without putting some cash down". He then jacked the price from $11,000 to $17,000. The bank was financing $16, 5. I thought wow!!!! This guy is so sad, and a blood sucker!!! Needless to say, my sister didn't get a car. Thank you Frank for being an honey sales manager for J.K. Chevrolet, used cars!!!!
