A lot of nice people here most of the time. New owner started fixing it up with a couple of small ponds, picnic tables and palm trees. The picture below is the Neches river about 3/4 of a mile away.
I wouldn't recommend unorganized and unprofessional and if you decide to rent a spot here keep your receipt. They will try to say that you didn't pay and charge you more than once a month. The park manger was stealing payments that were being made to her.

They never called me back when I was suppose to go look at a trailer , and we showed up once at the time we were suppose to and he never did .
