The pizza at this place is pretty great.
Order pizza again... With the pizza smeared all over the box, call and complain that the pizza was dropped and apparently held sideways being dropped. They tell me they'll make me another pizza but have the smeared one ready to send back to them. Wow! So we wait for another pizza to be delivered and wait again on supper.... No I'm sorry or anything from this place.
I mean this place is out of hand. Who treats people this way and talks to people this way with a lobby full of customers..
I purchased a pizza it was delivered incorrectly which was a problem that could have been solved easily and professionally. However the Mgr Cameron was very rude, refused to make it right and hung up on me. So I had to go to the store and wait for the pizza to be made and watch as they goofed off. So being as they required me bring the entire Pizza back and I was not returning home one of my children did not get to eat pizza. I have always ordered pizza from Papa Johns and yes in the years there have been mistakes that were corrected quickly and professionally but I would strongly recommend they improve their management by getting rid of Cameron because he is very rude and unprofessional.
I ordered Papa John's tonight as a treat I normally don't come here.. The female manager that was in duty this evening was absolutely ridiculous.. She was screaming at her employees and cursing and dropping the M F bomb and the F bomb.. Who treats there employees like this. Another person came in making a complaint and she was very rude and he said he would call the cops she said go ahead they won't do anything.
I will not come back. I have met Papa John in person what a nice guy, I hope he reads this so he can find out what kind of people he has working for him at this location.
