Took 3 months get weedeater fixed in off season and one would not start

I gave them a bad review at first but it wasn't their fault it was the Toro mower itself. I have brought the zero turn back to them five times in the first year and they have been great. I feel bad giving a bad review at first. The mower has a bad design flaw. (It's the stamped deck with the steering wheel) When ever I mow uneven ground the deck "safety feature" drops the deck and I have to bring it back to Fred Millers to reattached the deck.
Me and my dad have bought from Mark for years. Great service and great people.
They have worked on it several times and contacted the Toro rep. trying to find a solution. They have been great.
