I schedule an appointment for my wife who wanted to do one with me so I called back and they didn't have one so I called back again after she said she didn't want to do it without me and cancelled it but they charged me $20 for cancelling all within 30 min

Man they are soooo rude and unprofessional well we went to the room and she spent a whole 20 mins on the phone then after that she got started then she was absolutely rough then when i got up and asked for a manager she nots there or he whatever i went based off reviews but im really starting to believe thats family or friends writing reviews don't waste your time i sure did time and money

Unprofessional. I was on time and the masseuse was over 10 minutes late. It was my first time here so I had to fill out the typical paperwork about my medical history, etc. The therapist walks in the waiting room, doesn't greet me, and goes straight to asking me questions from across the room about my medical history... in front of a waiting room of people. What ever happened to professionalism and confidentiality? No one in the waiting room needed to know about my medical history. I expressed how unprofessional she was being and she apologized while snickering. I walked out. This place isn't worth the time or money.
