Amazing gym!! The people are so welcoming and the workouts are fun and challenging. I never get bored. I've done things I never thought I could do before and I look forward to pushing myself further!
I had a blast dropping in at Mid-County! The people are so warm and friendly and encouraging. The coaching was very much on point and that workout was LEGIT!
If you want to get in shape, this is the place. Fantastic coaches and a motivating workout environment! Free classes every Saturday at 11:00 so there is no reason not to give it a try!
This gym is awesome! The workouts are challenging every day, the coaches are great about teaching correct form and helping everyone in class scale the workout so that anyone can do it.
I'll be back next time I'm in town!
I love CFMC, it has truly changed my life. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and extremely friendly. The atmosphere is awesome! I was hooked after my first class. :)
