I first met Dr. Long when I was six-teen, and he has been my doctor now for twenty year. He delivered all three of my beautiful daughters. He is one of the most compassionate doctors I have met, which says a lot after working in the medical field. I look forward to seeing the familiar faces of his friendly staff members every time I have an appointment, and I really like that some of his staff has been there ever since my first visit at his office. Dr. Long is genuinely comforting and caring and it shows in his work. His gentle nature makes his patients feel comfortable and safe.
Literally the worst place to try to get ahold of anyone! If you actually do get ahold of anyone they don't call you back for a few days if they ever do call you back but when I've called during business hours it is either saying line busy or saying it is still closed. Staff is good when your physically in the building and being seen but the phone issues need to be worked on.
Staff is rude. I called in for a question and the lady was very dull. Now they just make me feel like I shouldn't go there.
I have been going to him since i was 17, but my mother has been going to him since she had one of my older brothers. He is very kind and courteous and so is his staff. His office is busy, but the staff there generally care about you and your health. I recommend him to anyone.
