I paid for a service and didn't get it if the service says interior cleaning. Why is my car not vacuumed, floor mat tore up ($150), console dirty, and the windows not wiped. Asked for better service windows still dirty after ten minutes of a redo=$21.99 of poor service.
Can't really complain with the $6 car wash. They generally have good service and I have had a good experience. I can see the clean in my car. Also, the free wash with an oil change is a steal.
Piss poor cleaning services. Got the best cleaning package they had to offer and when I got in my truck it looked as if all they did was wipe my floor mats off but didn't even clean them or any of the inside. The outside side looked ok but nothing to brag about!
Everytime I come here they have some excuse as to why they cannot detail the inside of the vehicle. Last time I was here they said they no longer do Armor All. Just not a good car wash if you need your car detailed.
Their prices aren't really fair for the quality of work. There is usually something left undone or incomplete or some remnants that the vacuum didn't pick up. It boggles me that for a wash and vacuum you're paying about $12 & by simply adding an "Armor All" wipe down the price more than doubles. The location is very convenient, right off of 365 and they're usually fast if you don't visit during peak times.
