NEVER AGAIN!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEARTS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THROUGH THE STORM AND EVEN ONCE IT WAS OVER I GUARDED THEIR CAR LIKE IT WAS MINES TO KEEP IT SAFE AND THEY STILL REMAINED HEARTLESS!!! JIM IS THE WORST MANAGER I EVER HAD AN ENCOUNTER WITH AND THE AREA MANAGER SCOTT WILL NEVER RETURNED MY CALL!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR ATTIUDES!!!!

First of the hours of operation isn't convenient for anyone that works a full time+ job, night drop off is nice but if you need to check out a car you're out of luck, would like to see them be open until 9pm to accommodate any one that works a hearty schedule that doesn't get off at 9. The car selection could be better too, being able to actually select you're vehicle. Other than that the weekend special is a great value compared to normal prices. The staff has gotten a while lot better they are very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely use this location and services again and they have pretty nice clean and reliable cars to choose from. 10 time''s better than the other location in groves.
The Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE, Plus they were renting me a car that has scratches on it and smelled like someone smoked in it. Treatment i got was racially biased.
