I visited the Starbucks in Neederland Texas on 9/8/17. It is the only one open in the area since Hurricane Harvey hit. It was so busy the line for drive through was looped around the parking lot and the lobby was full!! To my surprise, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the wait wasn't long at all!! They are doing a really great job!!
Super friendly people working at this and all area starbucks, great service even when they are over loaded they keep their great attitude and smile on!
The drive-thru was soooooooo slow. We gave up after 15 minutes because they would take 1 order and then wait until they made, served, and received payment for that one before they took another. No - the computers weren't down because we went in and they were working just fine.
They always make my customized order correct! Love the environment!
I come here once in awhile to enjoy a Small Mocha or a Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte. It gives off a relaxing atmosphere with the music and design of the store but there are usally four types of customers there. There's the Hipsters, The "It's just a simple coffee" customers, The "I hate Starbucks but I want coffee" people, then the normal customers who just want to enjoy a better than average coffee once in awhile.
