Had to open CD for a minor and had the most pleasant banking experience ever. Miss Melissa was kind, courteous, and very professional. Witnessed her interact with two customers prior to getting to me and each was smiling as she walked them to the door. Yes she got up from behind her desk and walked her customers out while thanking them and getting thanks from them. I am now contemplating opening my own account there.
